Just thought I would put into writing some feed-back and some praise since joining you at Boot Camp Morningside. Firstly thank you for being persuasive but not pushy when Claire and I visited your office to discuss the possibility of joining. It has certainly been one of my best decisions this year. Day 1 of Boot Camp saw me turn up weighing 73KG, and the only exercise I had undertaken in the past 7 years was “375ML bicep curls”!.
It would have been easy to quit after my first session especially after throwing up and almost blacking out. Your words of encouragement and motivation got me to come 3 mornings a week rain or shine. Again, Thank you.

To all the Boot Camps Australia Trainers! you're doin an AWESOME job of keepin us on our toes, your positive encouragement is what always gets me through! The consistent positivity and motivation that you show is a constant source that drives the whole group on to the finish. Without this encouraging atmosphere, i doubt everyone would be doing as well as they are, and the results are showing! Already my fitness has improved remarkably!

I started training with Boot Camps Australia 2 months ago. After my initial trial session I was wary of continuing as the session was very tough and showed how unfit I was. I did realise however, I needed proper sessions to get my results. I am now much stronger, have more energy, lower body fat and feel much healthier. The quality of your fitness sessions is so important if you want results. I found the Trainers to be tough but fair and they helped me achieve my goals. Casey and the team are very easy to relate to, and I enjoy my sessions greatly. I highly recommend Boot Camps Australia to anyone who

To be pushed that little bit extra is just what I needed! Starting Boot Camps Australia sessions has really helped put my fitness goals in closer reach for me. The training has provided me with a variety of challenges and kept things novel for me, so that exercise is no longer boring and repetitious strides on the treadmill - keeping me motivated. Getting through my first couple of sessions was no easy feat, but with Rickie's encouragements, assurance and humour along the way I now feel proud of the achievements I have made thus far. I have renewed motivation and have no doubt that I am just around
the corner from fully achieving my goals. And most surprisingly I've enjoyed the hard work along the way!

For me, Boot Camps Australia training has been a life altering experience and has completely changed my lifestyle. Once quite unfit, at 33 years of age I am now the fittest I have ever been. The change in my level of fitness has been a fantastic benefit to me as I have a very busy job and life and the motivation that comes from Boot Camps Australia training has increased my positivity, significantly decreased my stress levels and given me huge amounts of energy! I joined Boot Camps Australia 9 months after I had my second son, mainly because I still looked pregnant! I noticed results within a few weeks of regular work outs, i watched the kilos just fall off me. I have lost 2 dress sizes and am still loosing inches from my bust, waist and legs. I fit into my pre-pregnancy clothes and have had to go shopping for clothes that actually fit me (what a shame!) I can now keep up with my 3 year old and 16 month old boys. I have increased stamina, energy and enthusiasm. I thoroughly enjoy training at Boot Camps Australia as it pushes me to my absolute limits, and the variety of exercises keeps it challenging. The trainers keep me enthusiastic and push me past the level I would normally exercise to, which gets my results even faster. Thanks heaps Boot Camps Australia!

Boot Camps Australia has improved my life for the better in many ways. Being trained by highly qualified personal trainers has improved both my health and my strength and fitness, as well as my motivation and enthusiasm in my personal life, sport and business pursuits. I have thoroughly enjoyed the personal challenges that Boot Camps Australia has helped me to achieve. The variety of fitness and weights 'regimes' are at times challenging and strenuous but the trainers really help to encourage and support me with programs suited to my own capabilities. The training has been rewarding and fun at the same time. Really, the most important thing in life is your health. Since I started Boot Camps Australia, about 3 months ago I have toned up, and am so motivated, and encouraged to eat well, I am sleeping well and I am really feeling happy and positive about life. I look forward to each session to see what new goals I can achieve.

I decided to join Boot Camps Australia for the physical challenge, but have since found out it is mentally challenging also. The trainers are excellent, they are highly motivating and help get everybody through. Just when you think you've reached your peak they push you through and help you hit that extra power band. It's only week 2 but my fitness level has already increased. I really look forward to the end results, I know they will be worth it. I love the fact that every session has been different, lots of variety... It keeps us guessing. Keep up the good work Boot Camps Australia.

3 weeks back I thought what the hell am I doing here. Let's be honest…prior to Boot Camps Australia I was a Norm, good at it too. I had all the quals - wrong side of 50, carrying at least 40 kgs extra, 60 a day smoker , short of breath after a walk to the mailbox and back, my knees were shot. Great candidate for an early retirement from the game of life. So I took the challenge. OK I can't subtract the years but I have been able to do something about prolonging them.I joined up with this great team here in Toowoomba. Day one I don’t think I was the only one who thought I was going to have a heart attack. Good support kept me going, and good support still keeps me going. 3 weeks on and I still labour and run out of puff but it's getting easier…and as it gets easier it gets harder as one pushes that little bit further. Boot Camps Australia is GREAT!!! Sure I hurt at the end of each session but it’s a good hurt. I haven’t been outside my comfort zone so much in years and I love it. I’ve got a long way to go but what the heck, I love this insane masochistic approach towards a better life. Thanks Ian, Jarrod, ‘Chelle, Amber, Rob and Kellie…You guys are awesome and inspiring…. and thanks to all my fellow combatants in the Toowoomba team, especially the lovely ladies of the Blue team who encourage me all the way. You guys are the best!!

Hi Korey and Rickie, just sending you guys an email to let you know what a great job your New Farm trainers are doing at Boot Camps Australia. I have been working pretty hard in the last month trying to get to camp 3 days a week and also fitting in a 30 minute session with Sean each week too. The trainers have been awesome down at the park pushing me and encouraging me to carry on. It's been tough but I'm seeing the results already. This month I have lost a total of 27cm's from all over my body in 27 days...that's a cm a day!! The best difference has been in my waist where I have lost 4cm and in hips where I have lost 6cm! I have also lost 3.5kgs and have improved my 1km run time by 13 seconds this month!!! I have worked bloody hard and am determined to stay on track, but Rickie, Erin, Heather, Georgio, Luke and especially Sean have been with me 100%. Hopefully I will continue to see excellent results in the future. I just wanted to let you know how grateful I am for the encouragement and motivation and I know I'll get there in the end!Thanks Again!
