| A lot of people have an impression that ‘Boot Camp’ is a form of extreme fitness and torture and may choose not to do it. I have to admit that it is hard work, but it is not as torturous as perceived and is very rewarding. I have found Boot Camps Australia to be the perfect fitness program that I have encountered to date. It is great fun and working in a team environment can be very rewarding. The Boot Camp Australia trainers do push you to the extreme but that is only because they have faith that you can reach that level. They are also encouraging and supportive of your goals and will get you the results that you crave. Since I joined 8 weeks ago, I have also found that I am focusing on what is best for my body and how to stay fit and healthy. It's extremely fun and I would recommend it to everyone. Just wanted to thank the team for getting me fit and back on track again! I joined up for the 4 week program Camp and loved it so much, I have re-joined for the next year! I love the fact that we are pushed to stretch ourselves, but within a safe and supportive environment. I started at Boot Camps Australia only a short time ago on a four week trial and was so impressed with all of the trainers; as they take the time to get to know your abilities and guide you to the fastest way to achieve results; that I have signed up for a further twelve months with a couple of PT sessions a week too. Having done no serious exercise in about five years I am amazed at how much more I am able to do with each Boot Camps Australia session and PT session and feel that the goals that I have set myself are totally achievable.

I had been a member of my local gym for just under 18 months and was getting really bored with all the classes, machines and weights and I hadn't notice any changes in my weight or body shape. Then work advertised an opportunity to try something different. Initially I hesitated because I thought ‘Boot Camp’ would be like this torturous event, but I knew the gym was not working for me so I thought I'd give it a go. I joined on a corporate deal for 4 weeks and was amazed at how much fun it was. Any insecurity I had prior to joining was gone and the trainers made working out fun!
At the end of my 4 weeks and 8 sessions I have lost a total of 10 kilograms and lost 2 dress sizes which means it was worth it. At the end of my corporate deal I had a week off and was bored so now I've joined up for 12 months. Boot Camps Australia is the best form of exercise I've ever done and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to do something healthy, which is a load of fun.

I would like to say thanks to Boot Camps Australia for putting our Indigo team through their paces. We had a group of 10 people and everyone had positive things to say about the program.
