Hello Boot Campers !!

I hope you all had a very Merry Christmas and a great New Year.

This is a quick note to give you a brief overview of what we have planned for Boot Camps in 2010.

We all know once the holiday period ends it is time to focus on getting back into a routine especially when it comes to your health and fitness. This year, Boot Camps Australia is really stepping up the pace with new programs and trainers to keep you motivated all year long.

We cater for all ages and fitness levels so don’t be afraid to take the challenge in 2010. We want to help you make it your best year ever. If it is a personal goal to lose weight or simply to get fit or if you are training for a special adventure or event, our qualified trainers can tailor a program to suit your needs.

Further, if you are keen to motivate your staff or work mates we offer corporate programs as well. Healthy minds and hearts lead to more productive and happy employees and joining as a corporate member is a great way to bond as a team.

Don’t forget our 12 week challenge is kicking off on 23rd of January too. It is open to everyone who wants to take the first step in the New Year to get fast results in a controlled and supportive environment.
